At Elekwheels, we strive to deliver your e-bike as quickly and safely as possible.

Please note: remote areas and islands are currently not within our delivery range.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse (except for certain accessories).
Once your order has been placed, you can start tracking it two days later via https://t.17track.net/en

Total Delivery Time = Handling time + Shipping Time
(Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days)

  • Order Cut Off: 6:00 PM (GMT+01:00, CET – Berlin). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling Time: For items marked “In Stock,” it typically takes 1–2 business days for our warehouse to prepare your order after it is placed. Tracking information may take additional time to update after the tracking number is generated.
  • Shipping Time: The final delivery time may vary depending on your local carrier, usually 2–5 business days.
